By using our services, you acknowledge that C-Body Spa Club is a private, appointment-only sanctuary specializing in premium sensual and erotic massage. You agree to comply with all local laws in Bangkok, Thailand, and respect the boundaries of our professional therapists.

Strict 18+ Policy: Our services and website content are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older.

Identification: We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification (Passport or Thai ID) before commencing any service. Failure to provide proof of age will result in an immediate cancellation of the appointment without a refund of any deposits.

Appointment-Only: To maintain absolute privacy and "unmanned management" vibes, we do not accept walk-ins.

Advance Notice: Clients must book at least 1 hour in advance through our official channels (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Telegram).

Punctuality: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Early arrivals may compromise the privacy of the previous guest; late arrivals will result in a shortened session to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Operating Hours: Our sanctuary is active from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM (14:00 - 02:00), seven days a week.

Notice Period: We require at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice may result in being blacklisted from our booking system to protect our therapists' schedules.

Therapist Respect: Our therapists are highly trained professionals providing "soulmate-level" emotional value and intricate massage techniques. Any form of verbal abuse, physical aggression, or non-consensual behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Zero Tolerance for Illicit Acts: C-Body Spa Club provides high-end sensual massage, including Tantric, B2B, and Sensual Yoga techniques. We strictly prohibit any illegal transactions or non-consensual sexual acts.

Privacy & Recording: To protect the "Extreme Privacy" of our sanctuary, the use of cameras, mobile phones for recording, or any electronic surveillance equipment is strictly forbidden during the session.

Client Responsibility: You must inform your therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies (especially to coconut oil or massage lotions), or physical injuries before the session begins.

Hygiene Standards: We maintain a "Modern Dark Minimalist" space with the highest hygiene standards. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting symptoms of contagious skin conditions or infectious diseases.

Sobriety: For your safety and the quality of the experience, we may refuse service to clients who appear significantly under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

Non-Medical: Our services (Sensual Yoga, B2B, and Roleplay) are designed for relaxation, stress relief, and sensory exploration. They are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.

Emotional Resonance: We strive to provide a "Girlfriend Experience" (GFE) that is delicate, patient, and immersive. However, satisfaction is subjective and based on the mutual energy between the client and the therapist.

Absolute Confidentiality: We understand the status of our high-profile clients. Your contact details and visit history are treated as trade secrets and will never be shared with third parties.

Digital Footprint: We periodically purge booking records from our encrypted communication channels to ensure your visit remains private.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
